SENATE BILL NO. 12 "An Act relating to confidentiality of                                                                       
information; relating to the duties of the Department of                                                                        
Administration; creating an address confidentiality program; and                                                                
providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Senator Claman, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 507.                                                             
Senator Wielechowski objected, then withdrew his objection. There                                                               
being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 12(JUD)                                                                      
"An Act relating to the duties of the Department of Administration;                                                             
creating an address confidentiality program; and providing for an                                                               
effective date" was adopted.                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 12(JUD) will                                                                    
advance to third reading on the April 24 calendar.
